The Literacy@Massey team provides professional learning and development (PLD) in literacy across all levels of primary school. We are experienced, working with schools across Aotearoa to design PLD in response to needs. Our PLD includes guidance in implementing a structured literacy approach with an emphasis on building strong foundations for reading and writing.

Our focus:
● how research informs teaching;
● strengthening teacher knowledge and practice; and
● ensuring children are accurate, capable and engaged readers and writers.

You can engage with Literacy@Massey through:
● regional workshops as advertised;
● a direct contract specifically tailored to meet the needs of your school or group;
● applying for regionally allocated PLD funding to work with our accredited facilitators; or
● online modules.
